I'm almost certain it is. That rear fender flare is a giveaway.
I'm stupidly jaded about these because my friend's dad has one. They're amazing cars though.

Thanks for confirmation, the only other time I had seen one was when Top Gear did a review of it. I really liked the car's lines.

I appreciate it more for the huge power in a tiny car thing than for its looks. I've always kinda thought the front bits were a bit aggressive looking, and the fender flares always looked a bit tacked on. And it still suffers from the kinda goofy proportions the 1-series always had. Not that its ugly, but looks-wise I don't find it particularly lustworthy.
But I've ridden in it, and its ridiculously cool. One of my favorite cars that've come out in a while.
